General & Accounts
Your Beanfield Customer ID can be found on your Monthly Invoice or in your Account Details on MyBeanfield Portal. It will look similar to BFXXXXXXXX. You will be asked for your Customer ID when you first sign up as a member on the Beanfield Referral Program portal.
This can be done in the MyBeanfield Portal. Simply log in and navigate to "View Account Details".
Here you can edit account information, add additional contacts, or manager your service.
The final amount on your last bill will be prorated based on your regular billing date.
You can pay your last invoice the same way you’ve paid all your previous invoices. If you’ve set up pre-authorized payments via your MyBeanfield account , they will end automatically once your last invoice is paid. Don’t forget that any pre authorized monthly payments you’ve set up through your bank need to be cancelled directly with them.
All you have to do is:
Start by logging in to your MyBeanfield account and navigate to the Billing Section on the Portal Homepage
Click on "View Billing Details"
Scroll down to Automatic Payments Section
Click on "Set Up Autopay" to open the dialog box
Enter your credit card details
If your billing address is the same as your service address then leave the checkbox selected. If your billing address is different from your service address, un-select the checkbox and fill in your billing address
Click "Save", and you will see a green check mark next to your added credit card indicating successful setup
We recommend setting up Autopay, it's super fast and simple.
To view your invoice history, all you need to do is login to your MyBeanfield account and head over to the Billing Section on the homepage.
Click on "View Billing Details" and scroll down to the Past Invoices Section. There, you can select the specific invoice that you would like to view by clicking on the "View" or "Download" button.
Of course! We will port your number from any other provider.
