In any of our On-Net buildings, we can have your service turned up within 2 days of receiving your call. We can often do same-day installations in emergencies.
Our technical support staff is highly efficient and capable. In fact, the first person that answers the phone at Beanfield Technologies will be able to solve 95% of all customer concerns. The problems they can't solve are immediately passed to one of our senior network engineers. If you ever experience an outage, we strive for a 4-hour Mean Time to Repair on all our services..
